Things You Need to Submit

Digital Floorplan Listing (replaces the printed conference guide)

Deadline: August 31st. Our new digital floorplan lets attendees explore your company before, during and after the conference. You should have received an email from ‘noreply@expofp.com’ containing a link to edit your profile (if not, please check your spam folders or contact us to request to have it resent). Please complete your profile by August 31st, as that is when we’ll begin sharing the floorplan with attendees. To view the floorplan, click here.

Name Badges / Staff Passes

​

Deadline: September 16th. All packages include (2) staff passes. These passes are for people working your booth and cover food & beverage and the expo. They do not grant access to the conference sessions. To register names for your staff passes, click here. If you wish to purchase additional staff passes ($75 per), please contact us. Your package may also include a certain number of complimentary conference passes. If so, you will have received a comp code for your registrants to use and they can register as a normal attendee via the registration site.

Tote Bag Inserts

​

Sponsor levels Bronze and higher include the opportunity to include a promotional insert/gift for attendees in the conference swag bag. We need a quantity of 300 items and they must be received by our office in Saco, Maine by September 28th. Please notify us if you are sending an insert so that we can keep an eye out for it. If your package does not include an insert and you would like to purchase this marketing feature a-la-carte ($350), please contact us.

Travel & Lodging

​

The conference is located at the DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown. A special rate of $149 per night is available to all conference participants. Please call (603) 625-1000 and indicate you are with the Granite State Human Resources Association. Booking deadline: September 12, 2022

Staff Passes​

​

All booths include (2) staff passes for your colleagues who are working the booth. Staff passes are valid for all food & beverage, expo and expo content. Staff passes are not valid for the breakout sessions. If you would like to purchase additional staff passes ($75 per), please contact us. Register your staff pass names here.

Bonfire Reception Tickets​

​

Join us Monday evening for a great night out with keynote speaker Amy Beaulieu! Monday’s reception will take place at Bonfire restaurant and bar and is a great opportunity to network, reconnect with old friends, and have a great time! Tickets for the reception are $40 per person and include (1) drink ticket and heavy appetizers. If you would like to purchase tickets, please contact us.

Discounted Conference Passes​

​

As an exhibitor/sponsor, you are able to purchase full conference passes at a discounted rate of $275 (regular price $375/$410). Please note that this discounted rate applies to a Basic Pass and does not include the Bonfire Reception. To purchase discounted conference passes, please contact us.

Complimentary Conference Passes​

​

Booth Set-up / Load-In Times​

​

Exhibitor/sponsor load-in is Monday, October 3rd between Noon and 6pm. Or, if you prefer, you may load-in prior to the expo opening on Tuesday, October 4th at 7:30am. Note: You must be set-up by 7:30am on Tuesday, October 4th.

​

Booth Load-Out â€‹

​

Exhibitors/sponsors can begin breaking down their booths at 5:30pm on Tuesday, October 4th. We ask that you not break down prior to this, as the final keynote will be happening in the expo hall and the noise of breakdown is too distracting. Additionally, the networking reception happens right after the keynote and we want you to be there!

​

When Do I Need to Be in My Booth? â€‹

​

Expo Games​

​

We’ll be creating a game aimed at getting attendees to mix and mingle with exhibitors and sponsors In their booths. We’re honestly not sure what it looks like right now, but we know two things: 1) you’re not required to do anything, besides man your booth when you’re supposed to and 2) it won’t be a scavenger hunt where they’re only talking to you to get a stamp or code word. We’ll have more details closer to the conference.

Exhibitor Booth Prizes​

​

If your company is offering a prize, we will have large prize boards available for listing your prize. Please list your prize when you set-up your booth. You will find the boards at registration. Winners should be drawn during the final keynote on Tuesday, between 3:30-4pm. Please bring your winner name to registration so that we can record it on the big prize boards. The boards will be revealed during the closing networking reception on Tuesday at 4:30pm. Please note: you are responsible for getting your prize to its winner. Conference staff will not be responsible for prizes left behind at the expo.

Attendee Lists​

​

Sponsor levels Silver and higher will receive the pre-conference attendee list on September 26th. All other sponsor and exhibitor levels (except Table-Top exhibitors) will receive the attendee list after the conference, no later than October 5th.
