Diane L. Dunton M.S., President of Potential Released Consulting Services, has over 25 years of business and human resource experience. She assists organizations in creating compelling strategies to meet complex and challenging business demands and the needs of individual professionals.
Diane holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling and has extensive experience in organizational development. She has received specialized training with National Training Labs, the Gestalt Institute, the Center for Creative Leadership, the University of Michigan’s Organizational Career Development and the Center for Reengineering Leadership programs.
Prior to starting Potential Released Consulting Services in 1996, Diane spent most of her career with a Fortune 500 Company. She has experience with operations and human resources and has developed programs for over 25,000 employees. At A1Potential Released Diane has worked with numerous organizations from the private, public and non-profit sectors. Her work has been published in the American Society for Training and Development’s Team and Organizational Development Sourcebook, which is used nationally by human resource professionals.
Sandy Lewis, Director of Human Resources, ipCapital Group

Sandy Lewis, SPHR, MAPP, has 20 years of experience in leadership, organizational development and employee relations. She is currently the Director of Human Resources with ipCapital Group, Inc., an intellectual property strategy firm. Sandy is passionate about educating businesses and individuals in the tenets of positive psychology through leadership trainings and speaking engagements. Her focus is on bringing one’s strengths to the workplace and using the power of positive emotion to change organizations and individuals through appreciative methods. Sandy is currently piloting a positive psychotherapy program with highly at risk females and recently presented her work at The Gallup International Positive Psychology Summit in Washington, DC.
Sandy is also quoted in an upcoming book, “Finding Keepers: The Monster Guide to Hiring and Holding the World’s Best Employees” and is honored to be the President of the 2007-2008 University of Pennsylvania Master’s of Applied Psychology Alumni Association. Sandy advises corporate and not-for-profit businesses and boards and also teaches career efficacy in the Vermont Prison system. Sandy received her Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and her BA in Psychology from Trinity College.
Tammy Hughes, President, The Heim Group

Tammy has been with The Heim Group for more than ten years working closely with Pat Heim. In addition to being the President currently, she has served in a variety of roles during her tenure including spearheading the design of the highly successful workshop, "GenderSpeak". Tammy worked closely with Pat to create a highly interactive and experiential workshop which could be delivered with success by organizational facilitators.
Tammy has been delivering training for more than 18 years throughout the U.S. and around the globe. Some of her clients include McDonalds, Proctor & Gamble, TGI Friday's, GE, BP, CB Richard Ellis, Adventist Health, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Castrol, Equity Office, and Wells Fargo. Tammy has earned the title of Master Instructor and is responsible for the training and certification of all new "GenderSpeak" facilitators. She delivers fun and informative keynotes on the topic of Gender Differences in the Workplace as well. Her energy has been widely appreciated by our clients.
Tammy came to our group from a successful high level sales and marketing position with Xerox Corporation. In her capacity there she managed several of the largest national accounts. She holds a B.A.A.S. degree from Midwestern State University in Texas. Tammy is married and has two young sons. She enjoys cooking, athletics, and working with adolescents in her community.
Matt Cookson, Associate Vice Chancellor for External Relations, University System of New Hampshire

Matthew Cookson is a senior-level communications professional with over 20 years of experience in higher education, government, and business. His areas of expertise include media relations, strategic and corporate communications, government and community relations, and event planning and management. He presently serves as Associate Vice Chancellor of External Relations at the University System of New Hampshire. In this capacity, he manages promotional, public relations, and communications efforts for the System office and the Chancellor. He joined USNH in 2005 after serving as Director of Public Information at New England College, where he oversaw communications functions for the four-year, liberal arts college in Henniker, New Hampshire.
Cookson previously served as Legislative Director for the Department of Health and Human Services, the largest state agency in New Hampshire. In this capacity, he manages the state legislative process, communications and outreach. For several years, he was the Director of Public Affairs for PC Connection, Inc., where he was responsible for developing and managing all of the Company’s internal and external communications.
He holds a BA in English and Journalism and a Master’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Connecticut. Cookson is an active member of the community, is a Leadership New Hampshire Associate, and currently serves on the boards of Network New Hampshire and the New Hampshire High Technology Council. He is also an adjunct faculty member at the University of New Hampshire in Manchester, where he teaches a course in public relations.
Kate Benway, Marketing Manager, City of Manchester, NH

Kate Benway serves in the Manchester Economic Development Office as marketing manager, heading up the City's economic development marketing initiatives and aiding in various economic development projects. Most recently, Kate has lead Manchester's effort to create, implement and launch an economic development marketing campaign.
Prior to joining the Manchester Economic Development Office, Kate worked for High Point Communications, a full-service marketing agency in Bow, NH. Kate graduated magna cum laude from Siena College in Loudonville, N.Y., with a B.A. in English and minors in both French and Women's Studies.
Peter Cooke, Cooke Associates
Creating a Code of Ethics
Peter Cooke, of Cooke Associates, is an organization and management consultant who helps organizations link their shared values with their decision-making, leadership, team effectiveness, and strategic planning. Peter is a Master Trainer for the Institute for Global Ethics, and a trainer for the Browne Center, which is University of New Hampshire's outdoor Action Management Center.
Prior to becoming an independent trainer and consultant, Peter worked for Outward Bound’s Professional Development Program in both marketing/sales and group facilitation. He sold and delivered experiential team building and leadership development programs to senior management groups and boards. While at Outward Bound, Peter founded and co-chaired the school-wide Diversity Task Force with a mission that focused on diversity education and the recruitment and retention of people of color.
Before Outward Bound, Peter spent 11 years with Clairol, a division of Procter & Gamble, where he was General Manger for a division of Clairol Canada headquartered in Montreal. Earlier in his career, he was VP Marketing and Sales for SMART (Sports Marketing and Retail Technology), the largest market research firm in the sporting goods industry and was Marketing Manager for Old Spice men’s products.
Peter received a BS in Marketing at Babson College and an MS in Organization Development at Antioch New England University where he has taught seminars on ethics and leadership at the graduate level.
Peter is Chairperson of the Diversity Committee for the Manchester School District’s In need of improvement Program. Formerly, he was Vice Chairperson for NHBSR (New Hampshire Business for Social Responsibility). He is married, has four children and lives in Hooksett, New Hampshire. His recreational interests are tennis, hiking, skiing, traveling and reading.

Mac Fulfer has practices law in Fort Worth for 22 years since earning his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas in 1975. Initially, Mr. Fulfer became interested in the practice of face reading for the purpose of jury selection. He quickly discovered that face reading changed his perspective, allowing him to see people more compassionately through the experiences reflected on their faces. Since then, he has researched and developed these skills and presented the ideas in workshops across the country.
His workshops are in great demand from lawyers, educational institutions, and other venues -- any group that has an interest in understanding other people better. As a presenter, Mr. Fulfer relies on his background, personal experience, wisdom and expertise in face reading to provide participants with information and experience that will enhance their communications skills.

Joanne Layne is a dynamic Human Resources professional. She has over fifteen years of experience in the areas of consulting, retention, training and change management. She is currently a Senior Vice President in the Workforce Solutions Practice at Lee Hecht Harrison in New Jersey. Lee Hecht Harrison is a global talent solutions firm headquartered in New Jersey with over 241 offices in 41 countries. As a subject matter expert in career development linked to retention and engagement, she consults with organizations to design solutions in the areas of talent management and talent development. For the past two years, she has focused on designing and delivering solutions that focus on increasing workforce resilience, change leadership, retention and engagement to organizations going through large scale change, restructuring and HR Transformation. She is currently working on designing and delivering targeted talent development solutions for Top Talent, High Potentials and employees in critical / positions/jobs.
Prior to her current role, at Lee Hecht Harrison she was a Senior Vice President in the Career Management Practice, VP and Director of Professional services providing career coaching and managing the delivery of career services to thousands of individuals annually. Prior to joining Lee Hecht Harrison, Joanne was in corporate and line human resources roles at Bankers Trust Company, Manufacturers Hanover Trust and Chase Manhattan Bank. Additionally she has worked in the non-profit arena as an Executive Director in a community development corporation.
Joanne Layne is a frequent speaker at national conferences, local events and a master facilitator for corporate offsite meetings in the U.S. and Europe. She was a Thought Leader at the 2007 Working Mother Magazine Multicultural Conference facilitating discussions on career management for multicultural women.
