The Granite State Human Resources Conference
 is supported by and produced by the HR State Council of New Hampshire.  The Council is dedicated to the professional growth of HR professionals.

The Conference is committed to providing a venue that stimulates thinking, generates new ideas, offers timely and relevant information and opportunities for networking to enhance the professional development of HR professionals and their colleagues. We accomplish this by selecting high quality speakers and seminar presenters who have national stature and expertise in their field. Participants will also have access to products and programs available through business partners representing benefits providers,training sources, recruitment resources, and may other HR related vendors.

Catharine Mirabile, HR State Council of NH Director Elect

Catharine has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field and dedicated to the development and delivery of quality HR services and programs to organizations.  She currently manages the HR Support and Administrative Division of CGI and has a diverse background in human resources, including compliance, staffing, employee relations, training, benefits, compensation and payroll.  Catharine has utilized these skills in a variety of industries including banking, manufacturing and technology firms.

In addition to her education and experience in the Human Resources field, she continually strives to dedicate herself to the profession by her involvement with the regional and national HR groups.  She has served in a variety of volunteer leadership roles in her local chapter and national level with SHRM and is currently the Director-Elect for the HR State Council of New Hampshire.  Catharine is also heavily involved in workplace advocacy efforts with SHRM, serving as an Advocacy Captain.

Fran Lefavour, Granite State HR Conference Co-Chair

Fran Lefavour has 30+ years of Human Resource experience. She started FPL Consulting in 1991 and sold that business to Leddy HR in 2000. She currently consults under Leddy HR. She has served on the DOL Wage & Hour Appeals Board, NH Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, NH Public Employee Labor Relations Board and is a member of the Seacoast Human Resources Group and SHRM.

Anne Vallette, Granite State HR Conference Co-Chair

Anne joined CGI Business Solutions as a Senior Benefits Consultant with over 24 years in the employee benefits area. She has experience both from the insurance carrier and benefits agency arena. She provides proactive, creative, strategic financial and compliance advice to all size employers that include immediate as well as long term planning initiatives.

She looks to create and maintain a long term partnership with her clients with her dedication to her clients in all of their benefit and HR needs. Anne has been very active in the HR community serving as Co-Chair of the 2018 Granite State Human Resource Conference, GMVHRA Membership Committee; and she was recently awarded the 2017 Granite State HR Hero Award.


Stefa Normantas, Principal, Green Tree Event Consultants, Granite State HR Conference Event Managers

As managing partner of Green Tree Event Consultants, Stefa and her team provide seasoned, strategic advice and expert support to their clients. She is former president of the Ad Club of Maine, founding president of the Maine Marketing Association, a member of the Women’s Presidents Organization and a board member of the Pine Tree Society and Main Street Saco. Stefa holds a dual undergraduate degree in Communications/Studio Art and masters degree in Communications Management from Simmons College, Boston, Massachusetts. She’s a novice beekeeper, creative gardener, loves good beer, good dinners and likes to find any excuse to bring the outdoors in. She married a Texan, Frank, and has four children, Harry, Lucy, Liam, and Mikas.
